F.A.Q.

  • Are location permits included in the cost?

    • This fee is not included in our pricing since this is an additional expense.​
       

  • What locations can we do our sessions?

    • Anywhere you'd like! But it is important to note two things:

    • Many locations require a permit or rental fee. Please see our list of suggested locations with pricing information.

    • A travel fee may be required, depending on distance.
       

  • Do I need to book the location?

    • We can help you with the location booking, but the payment is the clients responsibility.
       

  • How far will you travel from Northern Metro Atlanta? Is there an extra charge?

    • We are based in Lawrenceville, GA and we can travel up to 45 miles at no extra charge. Any location 45 miles + will be charged.​ Please inquire with us before booking.
      ​​

  • Is Little Ghost Media insured?

    • Yes, Little Ghost Media is insured. If a location requires proof of insurance this can be provided if requested in advance.​
       

  • What is the turnaround time?

    • Our turnaround time is 14 business days from the session day, you'll receive an email once the gallery is ready to be viewed.​

    • This does not include weddings or videos, we'll give you a turnaround time once we discuss the project.
       

  • Wedding videography?

    • We don't do wedding videos, but you can ask us for referrals.
       

  • How many images do you deliver?

    • We send a gallery with the best pictures, usually 30 to 80 edited pictures that you can select your favorite to download. Each package comes with a set amount of pictures included, but if you’d like more than the amount included you can purchase additional images right from your gallery.

  • How do you deliver the photos + videos?

    • All material will be delivered digitally in an online gallery via email or a download link.
       

  • Are files edited?

    • Basic color correction is done for all gallery images, heavy re-touching is an additional cost.​​​
       

  • Do you provide RAW images?

    • We provide high resolution jpeg file. But RAW images are available for an additional cost.​
       

  • Do you provide the copyright to images?

    • We provide a print and social media release for your personal use. We reserve the copyright, but can be purchased.​
       

  • What if the weather is bad?

    • We can re-schedule.​
       

  • Do you provide refunds?

    • All initial retainer payments are non-refundable, but if you cancel, the deposit will move to secure your new date.​
